Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
